Refund and Returns Policy
Returns
Hopefully you receive your items and all is good. Sometimes things arrive damaged and the item is required to be returned.
If you do need to make a return request please do so firstly by contacting us through this Contact Us form or by emailing us with information of the issue. As all products are Bespoke items and are printed to order, returns cannot be accepted. We will allow a ‘grace’ window of 24 hours prior to printing. This will hopefully allow for any errors within the order to be detected and corrected before the item is printed, be it a spelling mistake or the wrong item ordered, hopefully it will be caught in time.
If your item is classed as faulty, it can be returned or refunded. Any items returned that are not arranged with us will not be refunded. This does not effect your consumer rights.
When returning items, please include a note with it indicating your order number, the name and address used when the order was placed, and stating the reason for return.
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
Personalised items are non-returnable/non-refundable unless an error has occurred at our end. in which case, a replaced will be arranged. If a personalised item is returned without any errors by us, no refund will be given.
Please retain your proof of postage from the Post office until you have received your refund/exchange.
